Ingredients:
4 (10-12oz.) Eden Natural Pork Chops
1/2 lb. Baby Squash
Barbecue Sauce (your favorite)
Oilive Oil (for grilling)
Kosher Salt and Pepper
Grits
Ingredients:
1 cup Grits
2 1/2 cups Chicken Stock or Broth
1 cup Shredded Smoked Cheddar
1/2 cup of Cream
TT Salt and Pepper
Procedures for Grits:
1. Bring
Chicken Stock to boil.
2.
Slowly add in grits. Stir.
3.
Add in Shredded Smoked Cheddar.
4.
Turn down heat. Add in Cream. Stir till well blended.
Chops:
1. Brush
with olive oil
2. Season
with Kosher Salt and Pepper
3. Grill
to desired degree of doneness
Baby
Squash:
1. Cut in
half
2. Brush
with Olive Oil
3.
Season with Kosher Salt and Pepper
4.
Grill until done
Plating:
Spoon Grits on Plate. Place Natural Eden Pork Chop against
grits. Make a river of bbq sauce around the pork chop
and grits. Place the squash on top of the sauce. Serve!
